ASMR | Dinakdakan | Peperduür


Dinakdakan is a Filipino cuisine that originated from Ilocos and here’s how you can make it!

Ingredients:
– Pig Face
– Oil
– Soy Sauce
– Green Chili
– Mayonnaise

Peperduür Spices:
– Chili Flakes
– Bay Leaves Powder
– Garlic Powder
– Ginger Powder
– Onion Powder

Recipe:
1. Slice the meat
2. Place in a container
3. Pour soy sauce
4. Pour olive oil
5. Massage the meat so it absorbs the soy sauce and olive oil
6. Let it sit for 15 – 30 minutes
7. Slice the green chili
8. Place the meat on the grill, wait for it to crisp then flip
8. Slice the meat again until its thin
9. Chop the meat until it is in bite size pieces
10. Place them back on a container
11. Pour in the mayonnaise & green chili
12. Mix well
13. Add a pinch of the following Peperduür Spices: Bay Leaves, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder and lastly Chili Flakes depending on how spicy you want your Dinakdakan to be.
