PURCHASING CLERK – Alabang Muntinlupa
Job description
BSFIL Technologies Inc. a Filipino-owned, food ingredient manufacturing & distributing company is currently looking for a Purchasing Clerk.
The Purchasing Clerk is responsible in requesting technical documents, update, and safekeeping. Arrange schedule of pick-up orders to Distribution and Admin. Collation of PO and supporting documents for payment purposes. Send a copy of PO to supplier and confirmation of receipt.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in canvassing/negotiation of price/preparation of Canvass sheet
- Assist in preparation of Purchase order
- Monitoring delivery of ordered materials
- Sourcing of alternative suppliers
- Receiving deliveries
Requirements:
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be highly organized
- Has strong sense of urgency, can work under pressure and willing to learn
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business or any equivalent course
