Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, CPA/CMA License preferred but not required
3-5 yrs of meaningful experience in Cost Accounting Preferably manufacturing

The Cost Accounting Officer is responsible for overseeing and analyzing all cost-related activities to support accurate financial reporting and efficient operational decision-making. This role reviews and updates standard costs, monitors material, labor, and overhead expenses, and analyzes cost variances. The officer prepares cost reports, supports budgeting and forecasting, and ensures proper cost allocation across departments. They coordinate with production, purchasing, and accounting teams to validate cost data and maintain accurate inventory records.
